Bulk Orders
For bulk purchases, we recommend ordering spare parts along with your e-scooters to ensure a prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.

Claims Process
In the event of a covered issue, please provide a video showing the problem for evaluation. Our after-sales engineers will assess the issue, confirm the diagnosis, and coordinate the shipment of necessary replacement parts.
