Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your e-scooter for a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- E-scooters that have been used or damaged.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items purchased after the 30-day return period.
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your e-scooter, please follow the same return process, and we’ll send you the replacement once your return is processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged e-scooter, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
