Damage caused by accidents, improper use, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

Wear and tear on consumable parts such as tires and brake pads

Any issues arising from modifications or alterations to the original product design

Bulk Orders
For bulk purchases, we recommend ordering spare parts along with your e-scooters to ensure a prompt resolution of any issues that may arise.

Claims Process
In the event of a covered issue, please provide a video showing the problem for evaluation. Our after-sales engineers will assess the issue, confirm the diagnosis, and coordinate the shipment of necessary replacement parts.
